- Using a Coulter counter, we obtained cell size distribution patterns from thymic and lymph-node lymphoma tissues in AKR mice. Distribution patterns were different in all animals examined but, within individual mice, the lymphoma deposits in various locations showed identical patterns. Lymphoma cell patterns were maintained on first passage transplantation to normal AKR mice. No correlation was observed between lymphoma cell distribution patterns and lymphoma alkaline phosphatase contents or the rates of division of the lymphoma cells as determined by tritiated thymidine uptake studie
